We are introducing our new high-speed I/O ATE, (HiSPINOUT) providing a fully automated manufacturing and repair tests for boards and systems.  It will feature a fully automatic test of the USB 3.0 (USB 3.1 Gen 1 or USB 3.2 Gen 1).  Other high-speed I/O bus tests with the same hardware to follow.
