Atlanta Land Group specializes in marketing undeveloped and underdeveloped property in the Atlanta metro region. Today, we represent Commercial, Industrial, Retail, Office, Residential, and Mixed-Use developers in urban and rural markets. Our clientele includes individuals, developers, and investors both locally and nationally, as well as some Fortune 500 companies and many private companies such as General Motors, Home Depot, Lowe's, BellSouth, Chrysler Realty, BJ's Membership Club, BrandsMart USA, The Sembler Company, Kennedy Capital Group, Publix Supermarkets, Target, Hennessy Automotive Group, and Asbury Automotive Group. In March of 1998 Robert Armstrong and Jay Leslie founded Atlanta Land Group (ALG). This firm and its affiliates are licensed by the State of Georgia as Real Estate Agents and ALG is a member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors. Currently, Atlanta Land Group has sales agents and licensed associate brokers with Real Estate experience ranging from 2 to 25 years. As a team, we have close to 100 years in the business! Our philosophy is quite simple. We identify, analyze, and consult with our clients and assist in the implementation of their real estate plans.
