The Atlanta Neighborhood Development Partnership, founded in 1991 and based in Atlanta, Georgia, operates in the real estate sector with a focus on affordable housing at scale. It develops, finances, and advocates for housing to promote healthy communities and racial equity, addressing gaps in wealth and homeownership in neighborhoods at risk of gentrification and displacement. The organization pursues projects through partnerships with public and private entities, covering both single-family and multifamily housing, and is advancing its Closing the Gap plan to create or preserve 2,000 units by 2025. It also administers the ANDP Loan Fund, a NeighborWorks Network member that provides low-interest loans to support affordable housing development by both for-profit and nonprofit groups, has financed nearly 6,500 units, and adds down payment assistance to its portfolio. In addition to development and lending, ANDP runs the Neighbors Together program to strengthen communities through resident leadership and has formed partnerships with local governments, including a 2021 collaboration with Decatur's Downtown Development Authority for Oak Cottage Court and a 2023 partnership with Stryant Investments that supported a housing grant for 42 units.
