The Atlantic County Economic Alliance (ACEA) is a private-public nonprofit organization focused on economic development in Atlantic County. It leads activities to attract new businesses, retain existing ones, and support growth, while promoting the region to potential investors and site selectors. The alliance supports a mix of industries, aims to create living-wage jobs, and seeks to lower property taxes, guided by a strategic action plan developed in 2015 by AngelouEconomics and implemented from its Egg Harbor, New Jersey base.

ACEA targets industries including aviation and avionics, business services, food and agriculture, life sciences, and specialty manufacturing tied to tourism and entertainment, with core focus on attracting businesses, retaining and growing them, advocating for the sector, and developing the workforce. As part of its ongoing work, ACEA plans initiatives such as a countywide marketing campaign, collaboration with site selectors, outreach to local businesses to foster growth and retention, and, in early 2026, it announced its first Community Impact Recognition Awards recognizing leadership supporting the county's economy and quality of life.
