Market Position Largest full service scrap metal recycler in the DC/MD/VA region with a fleet of 20+ trucks and multiple Maryland facilities, indicating strong regional reach and capacity for high-volume metal pickups and on-site processing.

Strategic Acquisition History of acquisition by Sims Metal Management in 2022 highlights a potential channel for strategic partnerships or integration opportunities, and may influence pricing, service scope, and cross-sell options with a larger global ecosystem.

Operational Scale Multiple operating locations (Rockville and Baltimore) plus a sizeable vehicle fleet suggest capacity to expand pickup routes, service additional municipalities, and support enterprise customers with reliable logistics.

Financial Profile Revenue in the low to mid single digits over a broad range indicates a growth-oriented, mid-market scrap recycling player with potential upsell opportunities into higher-margin processing services, specialty grades, or value-added recycling solutions.

Growth Opportunities Recent leadership changes and publicized acquisitions point to potential for deeper engagement around supplier consolidation, digital marketing enhancements, and expanded service offerings such as industrial turnaround, remarketing, and efficiency-focused sustainability programs for corporate customers.
