Atlantic Shores Offshore Wind, LLC is a 50:50 partnership between Shell New Energies US LLC and EDF Renewables North America. The joint-venture was formed to develop a portfolio of offshore wind projects within a New Jersey Wind Energy Lease Area. The projects, once developed, will help meet New Jersey and New York’s ambitious clean energy goals. 

Together, EDF Renewables and Shell have years of technical, operational and commercial energy experience needed to develop an offshore wind project of this scale. Their combined expertise gives Atlantic Shores Offshore Wind the ability to deliver enough energy for nearly one million homes.
