Atlas Acon Electric, established in 1957, is a full-service Local 3 IBEW electrical contracting firm. We perform electrical renovations, service and maintenance in the commercial and industrial markets across the New York City metro area. Our company is structured to handle all of your electrical project needs. Our services are, but are not limited to, the following: •ESTIMATES AND PROPOSALS Our estimating department develops cost for projects by reviewing the scope of work and any physical or electronic drawings. They are dedicated to estimating a project from initiation to project completion, and work closely with customers, architects, and engineers to provide input on project design. Estimators remain involved with ongoing projects by working closely with the project management team. •DESIGN & BUILD Our emphasis is determining our client's goals for their project during initial phases. Project managers and estimators work closely with customers to create and adhere to a schedule, ensuring that work is completed according to the timeline and scope of work outlined. Cost engineering is performed to maximize efficiency in both time and price. •PROJECT MANAGEMENT Knowledgeable project managers are responsible for every aspect of a project until completion. Supervisors identify the appropriate resources needed to accomplish the job, including solving problems and implementing solutions. Project managers meet with clients to ensure that goals are met with a high level of customer satisfaction, by addressing any questions, or potential change orders. •MAINTENANCE CONTRACTS/SERVICES Atlas Acon offers monthly in-house and individual maintenance contracts for spaces of all sizes at a reduced cost. We currently provide DBM maintenance to many buildings managed by the leading real estate and management companies in the New York City metro area.
