David Vinje CR, CAPS, operates Attics to Basements Building and Renovations. With their extensive backgrounds in residential design, remodeling and construction management, they felt the Twin Cities area was ready for a new kind of company. "We envisioned a quality-focused firm that provides the client with just one company to work with from start to finish", said Ray Miller, Vice-President of Attics to Basements.
  
 
With over 12 years of experience, Attics to Basements has completed over a hundred projects - including additions, kitchens and bathrooms, to whole house remodels and new home builds. "We really start with client's vision of their project. We understand this is an investment both financially and emotionally. We then work to create a design that blends well with the home's existing architecture", says David Vinje, President of Attics to Basements. "Managing both sides of the design/build process allows us to provide our clients with a higher level of service and overall satisfaction", adds Ray Miller.
  
 
 
Attics to Basements has been the recipient of several Certificate's over the years including NARI Certified Remodeler, Certified Aging in Place (NHAB), EPA Certified Renovator and Minnesota State Certifies Home energy Auditors. We can also be found at most of the major home shows though out the Twin Cities.
  
 
The Attics to Basements team operates throughout the Twin Cities and surrounding suburbs. With an in-house design team and a deep-bench of skilled tradesmen, their goal is to offer residential clients innovative solutions and the best of both worlds in design and project construction.
