Attolight is a small to mid-sized semiconductor-focused technology company based in Lausanne, Switzerland. It provides a streamlined instrument that combines cathodoluminescence with light and electron microscopy, replacing what used to be a collection of ad hoc setups. The platform delivers nanometer-scale spatial resolution together with picosecond timing for time-resolved studies across emitted wavelengths, enabling researchers to study materials under electron irradiation more efficiently.

By bringing LM, EM and hyperspectral imaging together, Attolight makes it possible to detect ultra-trace impurities and crystallographic defects that are not readily visible with other imaging methods.
