The Attorney-General's Chambers (AGC) is led by the Attorney-General (AG), who serves as the legal adviser to the Government and is the Public Prosecutor.

As principal legal advisor to the Government, the AG plays an important role in upholding the rule of law and maintaining the integrity of Singapore's legal system. He discharges his responsibilities through four legal divisions (Civil, Crime, Legislation and International Affairs), with the support of the Advocacy Group, Corporate Services Division, AGC-Legal Service Academy and Legal Operations Group.
