The architectural office Auer Weber Assoziierte GmbH originates from the Auer + Weber architectural group which was founded in 1980. With offices in Munich and Stuttgart, the company employs an average of between 140 and 150 personnel. The focus of our work is the conception and design of new buildings and alterations for public-sector institutions and private clients, often as total service planning consultants or in collaboration with investors. Currently, a great number of international projects are developed and realized, mostly in France. Design activities include projects for education and research, administration and culture, hotels and residential buildings, as well as sports facilities and transportation buildings, urban development and master plans. The common denominator of the architecture generated is openness and accessibility for the mind and senses. The clarity of the design provides orientation and enables various occupancy and interpretation possibilities for both user and observer.
