Ausley Construction was established in 1958 by J. Carlyle Ausley Jr., a 1956 graduate of the University of Florida with a degree in Building Construction and a minor in Civil Engineering. In the late 1950’s and early 1960’s, Ausley Construction was primarily a local residential and commercial construction firm but grew quickly into a singularly focused commercial firm that began expanding into and beyond the greater Central Florida Market. The key industries fueling growth were education facilities, healthcare and religious structures. Today, Ausley Construction serves the entire Southeast and Mid-Atlantic regions through its offices in Ocala, Florida and Williamsport, Pennsylvania.

In its seventh decade of operation, Ausley Construction remains true to Carlyle Ausley’s legacy and core values of Safety, People, Integrity, Cost Management, Excellence in Execution and Community Service that continue to drive the company forward. Whether it’s providing construction management or design/build services, we have the luxury of having assembled a select, high performing team with decades of experience. This team brings a depth to Ausley Construction unrivaled by larger competitors and unmatched by smaller ones. As a company we choose to focus on 5 to 6 major projects a year ensuring that each project is personally overseen by a principal of the firm and staffed with experienced team members.
