Australian Wealth Management Limited (AWM) is a leading provider of wealth
creation products and services in Australia and a wholly owned subsidiary of IOOF Holdings Limited (IOOF).

As at 31 December 2008, AWM had $56.0 billion in FUMAS.

The company offers the following services:

Wealth Management Division – represented chiefly by Bridges Financial Services and Wealth Managers, it provides advice on investment strategies, wealth accumulation, retirement planning and stockbroking to retail clients. As at 31 December 2008 this division had $12.7 billion in Funds Under Advice.

Private Client – AET prepares Wills, provides administration and manages the investments of deceased estates. As at 31 December 2008, the Private Client division had $1.3 billion in Funds Under Advice.

Corporate Trust – provides services such as acting as Custodian, Trustee for Wholesale Schemes, Note Issues and Securitisation Programmes and SPV management.  This division had $24.7 billion in Funds Under Supervision as at 31 December 2008.

Superannuation – provision and administration of corporate super, self managed super funds and small APRA funds to retail clients. This division, represented by Spectrum Super and AET has $12.6 billion as at 31 December 2008.

Investment Management – with $5.9 billion in Funds Under Management, as at 31 December 2008, United Funds Management provides investment management for wholesale and retail investors.
