AutismUp is a not-for-profit organization based in Rochester, New York, that supports individuals with autism spectrum disorder and their families. It seeks to expand opportunities and improve quality of life through customized programs in social and readiness skills, fitness and recreation, and sensory integration, along with navigation, training, and support services for parents, caregivers, siblings, first responders and professionals. The nonprofit emphasizes tailoring supports to individual needs and expanding opportunities across the lifespan, including adult services. In November 2025, AutismUp announced a partnership with SPORTFIVE through its SPORTGIVE initiative.
