Auxier Gas Propane was founded in 1946 by William "Bun" Auxier in partnership with Garland "Red" Auxier, his brother. Originally known as Auxier Electric Store, the company sold radios and televisions, adding furniture about a year later. In 1948, the partners bought a small gas company, and five years later, built their first bulk plant in Batavia. Nearly 60 years later, Auxier Gas Propane has become a trusted partner to more than 5,000 households in the Tri-State area. Our family-owned company proudly serves 10 counties in Southern Ohio and Northern Kentucky with the belief that superior customer service and quality products are the reason why so many customers refer us to others.
