Founded in 2014, Azarias Capital's mission is to develop and maintain a reputation as an ethical, world-class boutique investment manager.  The foundation of Azarias' investment philosophy is based on the following core beliefs:

1.  SMICROCAP™ companies undergoing a turnaround offer asymmetric risk/reward opportunities when they meet four specific criteria.  
2.  Concentrated portfolios optimize the benefits of active management.

Azarias Capital's three-person investment team focuses on identifying companies and industries on the cusp of a turnaround with each member drawing on 20+ years of investment management experience.  The team abides by a transparent research process, termed "The 4 C's", designed to capitalize on volatile, but predictable, earnings patterns.
