We have built a better "mousetrap". I have been in the debt recovery field since 1972. What collection agencies will never tell you is they recover more money from letters than phone calls. It's approximately a 5-1 ratio. There are two requirements of an effective debt recovery letter. Who it comes from, it always has to be a third party so the debtor knows it's serious and the wording is very important.
Our new collection model focuses on the letters and charges accordingly. There are NO FEES involved when we recover based on the debt recovery letters we have designed.
