With an in-house tool & die facility, we are metal stamping specialists with over 78 years of experience! We design, build and run progressive dies especially for smaller, light gauge tight tolerance intricate parts, as well as thicker gauge materials. Bahrs has served customers from a vast array of industries including lighting, telecommunication and electronics to name a few. All tooling is designed and manufactured by Bahrs’ in house tool and die department. Equipped with a broad range of traditional machine shop equipment as well as specialized machines such as CNC mills, WaterJet, Wire EDMs and Sinker EDMs, we excel at stamping part volumes from the thousands all the way to multi-millions.
