Baker Motor Company is a multi-brand automotive dealer group founded in 1988 by Tommy B. Baker and headquartered in Charleston, South Carolina. It is the largest privately held automobile dealer group in the state, operating a network that includes fourteen franchised brands, a pre-owned dealership, an in-house reconditioning center, an in-house auto-glass company, and a collision repair center approved by USAA and State Farm. In the Charleston area, the group carries franchises for Mercedes-Benz, smart, Mercedes-Benz Commercial Vans, Porsche, Infiniti, Maserati, Rolls-Royce Motor Cars, Land Rover, Jaguar, Buick, GMC, Cadillac, and runs a wholesale outlet. The business also operates broader regional locations and services as a full-service automotive platform.

Expansion has included a Mercedes-Benz facility in Mount Pleasant (opened in 2015), a BMW operation in Wilmington, North Carolina (acquired in 2015), and a new Mercedes-Benz facility in Summerville, South Carolina (opened in 2020). In August 2023, Penske Automotive Group acquired Baker Motor Company's BMW of Wilmington and Porsche Wilmington dealerships.
