Linda Gilmore, Certified Hypnotist and NGH Certified Course Instructor, has been guiding people toward self-fulfillment through the art of hypnosis since 2002. Linda first became interested in the hypnotism profession when she had the opportunity to spend time with a group of hypnotists. The people she met were very passionate about their chosen profession. Linda decided to pursue training and certification.

Since then, Linda has been working steadily with clients from all over Central New York. She has guided and coached countless hundreds of clients toward a healthier lifestyle. From 2002 until early 2012 she worked with clients at Syracuse area clinic Alternative Hypnosis owned by Mark Briggs, LCSW. There Linda helped Mark build the weight loss by hypnosis practice into the success it is today. Since that clinic has undergone a management change, Linda decided to build her own practice: Balanced Life Hypnosis. 


Linda is a member of the National Guild of Hypnotists (NGH), as well as the International Hypnosis Federation.  She continues to pursue regular training from Master Hypnotists all over the U.S. This keeps her skills fresh for clients. 

Coaching clients to the achievement of their goals is very satisfying for Linda. Aspiring to and living a Balanced Life is an attainable and fulfilling intention. People deserve to create and live the lives they desire.
