The Baltimore Regional Housing Partnership (BRHP) is a nonprofit organization serving the Baltimore region as the Regional Administrator for the Baltimore Housing Mobility Program. For nearly 15 years, BRHP has facilitated expanded housing options, along with educational and employment support, for low-income families in opportunity areas, aiming to ease transitions to new neighborhoods and schools. Each participating family completes a counseling program and receives a Housing Choice Voucher, access to quality housing, and financial counseling to help manage the move and its implications. Based in Baltimore, Maryland, BRHP operates within the nonprofit sector focused on housing mobility and related services for vulnerable populations. In 2022, BRHP launched the Healthy Children Voucher Demonstration in collaboration with local authorities and public health researchers, representing a concrete recent program development.
