Banco do Brasil Securities LLC (“BBS”) is a U.S. broker dealer with offices located in New York City and Miami, Florida.  The firm offers a wide range of financial services providing clients with the opportunity to invest globally. 

BBS is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Banco do Brasil S.A. (“BB”). BB was founded in 1808 and is one of the largest financial institutions in Latin America.  BB has over 150,000 employees with over 5,000 branches in Brazil and has maintained an offshore presence for more than 40 years in 23 countries outside of Brazil.

In 2005, BB launched BBS in order to assist Brazilian companies with initial public offerings as well as various other institutional businesses through its NYC office. Since then, BBS has expanded its operations to include a focus on retail financial services through its Miami branch.
