Banner Day Camp is the premier summer day camp for children ages 3–14 in the Chicagoland area. Since 1964, our mission has been to create an exceptional, nurturing environment where children grow, build confidence, develop social skills, and form lifelong friendships. Set on 55 beautiful acres, Banner offers a wide range of activities—including sports, swimming, arts, adventure, and team-building—designed to promote personal achievement in a supportive, non‑competitive setting. With top-tier equipment, age‑appropriate programs, and a staff‑to‑camper ratio of about 1:3, safety and encouragement are at the heart of everything we do. Our staff lead small groups through daily activities, fostering resilience, teamwork, and self-esteem while celebrating both individual and group success. At Banner, camp is more than fun—it’s a foundation for a lifetime of growth. Staff Experiences: Banner Day Camp hires dynamic, dedicated staff who bring energy and positivity to our camp community. With campers of all ages and a wide range of program activities, we match each team member with roles that align with their strengths, passions, and skills. Working at Banner is an opportunity to gain meaningful, transferable experience while making a real impact.
