The Baptist Resource Network is a state-level association for Southern Baptist churches serving communities in Pennsylvania and South Jersey. Based in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, the organization coordinates network-wide efforts among member churches, aiming to support their ministry activities and serve their congregations and local populations. It operates within the religious institutions sector, providing collaborative structure and resources to its constituent churches rather than offering consumer-focused products. The network represents a regional facet of the broader Southern Baptist framework, aligning churches under shared mission and governance at the state level. With a regional reach and a staffing footprint typical of a mid-sized church-entity association, it focuses on facilitating cooperation, resource sharing, and coordinated programs across its member churches. A recent development involves continuing activities that support church networks in the Pennsylvania and South Jersey area, reinforcing its role as a coordinating body within the Southern Baptist community.
