This non-profit historical village museum is situated on a thirty-acre campus that features 18 historical structures and a collection of over 10,000 items. The Settlement offers self guided and guided tours, field trips, workshops and demonstrations, as well as rental facilities for meetings, small weddings and special events.
The mission of the Barberville Pioneer Settlement is to educate and entrust the public and future generations with knowledge of the pioneer lifestyle of our forefathers through hands on experience, folk demonstrations, preservation and historic exhibits.
