Cleaning of commercial kitchen exhaust systems is not new; however, the industry itself lacks rationalization. The family business began in 1964, and is joined by hundreds of small family owned mom and pop operations servicing small geographies across the United States. The concept of expanding our process began in the early 1990s when contract consolidators proved that national companies would pay for a single point of contact when sourcing many preventative maintenance services. This remains constant today. In order to bring consistency to customers from region to region in an industry where there is little performance standards, The Bare Metal Standard Franchise provides its franchisees with the knowledge tools and processes required to match and exceed the standard outlined in NFPA 96.
