Kenneth L. Baritz & Associates, P.C.: A Family Tradition of Service to the Law and Pennsylvanians We are a family of lawyers and staff dedicated to providing quality legal services. Our founder, Kenneth L. Baritz, graduated from Temple University in 1972, and received his Juris Doctor from Widener University School of Law in 1975. Mr. Baritz is an experienced and knowledgeable practitioner of landlord/tenant law in the Philadelphia area. Todd L. Baritz also graduated, from the Widener University School of Law, cum laude, where he was vice president of the Moot Court Honor Society. After graduation, Todd completed a two-year clerkship with the Honorable Joseph A. Dych, Judge of the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia County. Todd is experienced in handling eviction matters, general real estate matters, collecting and enforcing judgments, and criminal defense matters. Cory M. Baritz graduated from Emory University and received his Juris doctor from Temple University's Beasley School of Law. After graduation, Cory practiced criminal defense at the Defender Association of Philadelphia for three years prior to joining Kenneth L. Baritz & Associates, P.C. Harry F. Feinberg is of counsel to the firm. Mr. Feinberg focuses his practice on family law and criminal defense. Perry B. Liss is of counsel to the firm. He graduated from Pennsylvania State University and received his Juris Doctor from Drexel University's Earle Mack School of Law. Mr. Liss is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
