Barn Sanctuary is a small to mid-sized nonprofit organization based in Chelsea, Michigan, that provides rescue and shelter for farm animals including cows, pigs, chickens, turkeys, ducks, sheep, goats, and donkeys rescued from abuse, abandonment, or natural disasters. It operates as a sanctuary that allows visitors to interact with the animals.

Its education-focused mission includes informing the public about the treatment of animals raised for food and the environmental and health implications of animal agriculture, along with the potential benefits of a plant-based diet. The organization positions itself within the non-profit sector as an institution focused on rescue, rehabilitation, and public education regarding farm-animal welfare. In 2022, Cynthia VanRenterghem joined Barn Sanctuary as Executive Director.
