Barrett & Stokely was founded in 1975 and has been engaged in the acquisition, ownership, management, and disposition of income producing properties for the past thirty years. We have managed over 130 properties including 15,000 multi-family units and 2,500,000 square feet of office and retail space in Indiana, Ohio, Kentucky, Illinois, and Missouri. As fee managers, we have provided asset management, property management and disposition services for government, institutional, not-for-profit and private owners including Bank of America, Indiana Public Employees Retirement Fund, Leucadia National Corporation, Metropolitan Life, National City Bank, and the Resolution Trust Corporation. We currently manage over 10,000 multi-family units including suburban garden, urban high rise, student, senior and Section 42 properties. Approximately half of the managed portfolios fee management and the other half are properties owned by our partnerships. Barrett & Stokely employs over 400 people in the management operations, and our senior management team has an average of over 20 years experience
