Sustainable design focus BASE Landscape Architecture emphasizes thoughtful design that respects nature, long-term thinking, and landscapes that reflect values. This presents an opportunity to position sustainability consulting, regenerative design, and climate-resilient landscape services to clients prioritizing eco-friendly projects.

Boutique firm scale With 11-50 employees and annual revenue in the $1M-$10M range, BASE could benefit from targeted services such as project management outsourcing, scalable BIM workflows, or subcontracted specialty services to bid-on larger public or private developments.

Digital enablement The use of Wix, WordPress, and cloud tools indicates a strong online presence but potential gaps in advanced marketing automation and CRM integration. Offering a unified CRM, lead nurturing, and project collaboration platform could improve client acquisition and repeat work.

Mid‑market target fit Similar firms vary in scale; BASE sits alongside mid-size practices that pursue significant landscape architecture projects. Demonstrate capabilities in large urban parks, campus master plans, or sustainable waterfronts to unlock project opportunities and competitive differentiation.

Content and thought leadership The philosophy focuses on peace, learning, abundance, and nature’s beauty. Providing value through case studies, process videos, and sustainability whitepapers can attract clients seeking principled, knowledgeable partners and open doors to advisory, design review, and ongoing maintenance contracts.
