Baseline is a specialist training and consultancy organisation, running every year a significant number of direct courses throughout Britain and overseas.
Since 1990 Baseline has been providing training and consultancy to many different large and medium sized organisations, including the MOD, NHF, local councils, parts of the NHS, vehicle manufacturers, insurance and international banks.
The company focuses on providing cost-effective expert help in areas such as project management skills, systems design, database design, implementation and tuning, programming, knowledge management and network performance, as well as offering more standard training in areas such as customer care skills, assertiveness training, stress awareness, team building and others. In addition, Baseline offers standard and advanced courses on most of the leading PC packages.
Baseline’s clients come from both the private and public sector.  We pride ourselves on our professional approach and delivery of courses. This is reflected in the fact that, in the last two years, we have run approximately 1000 courses, representing over 3000 delegates, for organisations throughout the UK and in mainland Europe.
