Basin Home Health Inc. includes three companies:

Basin Home Health & Hospice
A certified Medicare/Medicaid home health agency that offers skilled nursing, physical & occupational therapy, medical social work, home health personal care, wound care, and telemedicine. Basin Home Health is also a certified hospice provider.  

Basin Coordinated Healthcare
A certified home health agency that offers several health services including:
Personal Care Services
For eligible Medicaid recipients over 21 who have a medical need for caregivers to assist with the activities of daily living that can keep them independent in their home. 
Medically Fragile Waiver Program 
For eligible Medicaid children and adults who are at risk for/or have a developmental delay or disability and are in a medically fragile condition. Home health aides and skilled nursing are offered through this program. 
Early Periodic Screening, Diagnosis & Treatment (EPSDT) Program
For eligible Medicaid recipients under 21. Personal care attendants are offered to assist clients with daily living tasks.

PALS (Partners Assisted Living)
A private duty and homecare company that provides a range of services that allow people to stay independent and safe in their own homes. Care visits are offered from two-hours to 24/7 on-site.
