Bill Rawlings heads a growing property management department that feeds off of the great reputation that Bass & Royster has built.  With close to 10 years of experience in all aspects of property management, Bill brings knowledge of both the current market and the industry.  He graduated from Virginia Tech with a BS in Business, and has spent his career since learning and working in real estate, home building and residential management.
