Baton Rouge Green is a community-based environmental nonprofit focused on enhancing and preserving the urban forest in Greater Baton Rouge. We raise funds and mobilize resources to plant and maintain trees across the city, in addition to promoting environmental stewardship, sustainability, and neighborhood resilience.
Through partnerships, donations, and community support, we expand the tree canopy in underserved areas, improve environmental health, and contribute to a more beautiful and livable Capital Region. Our work strengthens communities, supports long-term ecological impact, and ensures future generations benefit from a greener, more vibrant city and state with Louisiana Community Forests.
