Small firm, big needs Battaglia Farms is a small civil engineering firm based in Scottsdale, AZ with a lean team and potential needs for scalable solutions in project management, collaboration tools, and subcontractor management to support growth.

Local market focus Primary operations in Scottsdale indicate opportunities for regionally tailored services such as local permitting support, regulatory compliance assistance, and relationships with Arizona-based vendors and inspectors.

Mid-market tech enablement Current tech stack shows basic hosting and email infrastructure; there is room to propose integrated project management, BIM collaboration, and secure cloud-based document control to boost efficiency and data security.

Financially lean With revenue under $1M, the firm may seek cost-effective, value-driven solutions, flexible payment terms, and scalable platforms that align with tight budgets while delivering measurable ROI.

Growth readiness Limited headcount suggests a potential need for outsourced or managed services, such as CAD/BIM outsourcing, field-to-office data capture, and digital workforce optimization to support project pipelines.
