Bauducco is a food and beverage manufacturer based in Guarulhos, in the state of São Paulo, Brazil. The company traces its origins to about seven decades ago, when Italian immigrant Carlo Bauducco arrived with a family recipe; it now produces a range of baked goods including panettones, cookies, toasts, bolinhos, pães, and Colombas. It operates five manufacturing facilities, twelve subsidiaries, and seven distribution centers, and exports products to more than fifty countries. Bauducco holds market leadership in key categories such as cookies, toasts, panettones, and wafers, and is described as the largest producer of panettone and the largest wafer and toast manufacturer in the Americas. The Casa Bauducco concept, launched in 2012, has grown to more than eighty stores, bringing the brand closer to consumers year-round. The Pandurata Group also owns Visconti and Tommy brands and a logistics company, Ellece Logística.
