Our founders were raised in a place synonymous with cheese. Naturally, they have deep roots in dairy and agriculture along with small-town values and a strong work ethic. Trading cheese and dairy products was a logical choice for the skilled team who came together as Bay Point Networks. In September 2014, ready to deliver unique solutions, they quickly grew the business by listening to their customers and working flexibly with suppliers.

The team wanted to achieve more for their manufacturing, wholesale, and foodservice customers. Leaning on their backgrounds in operations, trading, risk management, financial controls, and inventory management, they reached beyond truckloads of cheese. Soon they were including customer specific packaging, special use formulations, and product alternatives to further their mission and provide better solutions to their clients.

Today the team continues to offer finance, strategy, supply chain, procurement, and back-office services in addition to selectively deploying capital into partner companies. They take pride in their core values: transparency, confidentiality, trustworthiness, family, and community.

With their diversity of offerings, Bay Point Networks recognized a need to stay true to their roots. In March 2019, Bay Point Networks updated their name to Bay Point Food Group to more closely align with their broadened focus on the Agribusiness, Food, and Beverage industries.
