Founded in 2005, Bayer Ballet offers artistically-rigorous training from pre-ballet through pre-professional, summer intensive programs, master classes with internationally renowned guest teachers, and professional stage performance opportunities. Graduates of the Academy have been accepted into prestigious programs, including those of the Vaganova Ballet Academy, Paris Opera, American Ballet Theatre, Royal Ballet, and Bolshoi Ballet. 

Founder & Artistic Director, Inna Bayer graduated with Honors from the Moscow State Academy of Choreography (Bolshoi Ballet Academy) with a degree in Pedagogy and Choreography, and is the recipient of prestigious awards, “Choreographer of the Year” award by the American Dance Awards and “Outstanding Teacher” by Youth America Grand Prix.  Students of Ms. Bayer have danced in professional companies such as Batsheva Dance Company, Ballet Israely, Kibbutz Contemporary Dance Company, Scottish Ballet, Compania Nacional de Danza, State Ballet of Georgia, Alberta Ballet, Inbal Pinto Dance Company, Austin Ballet, Boston Ballet, Colorado Ballet, Hubbard Street Dance, New York City Ballet, SF Ballet, Smuin Ballet, Eifman Ballet Saint Petersburg, Atlanta Ballet, and more.  

Bayer Ballet’s commitment to the world’s renowned Vaganova technique is transformative; developing a sense of beauty, physical grace, artistry, and exquisite classical lines. Our instructors and master teachers are among the best in their field, highly passionate and dedicated. 

Bayer Ballet Company, the 501(c)3 public charity organization, is dedicated to staging several annual full-length performances that are of professional quality. Our goal is to make the classical discipline of ballet accessible to new generations, preserving the traditions, and bringing enriching cultural experiences to the community.
