Online Learning Expansion Bayfield School District launched an online learning program for grades 5-12 in April 2026, indicating openness to digital education delivery and potential demand for scalable LMS, remote assessment tools, and teacher training services.

Leadership Transition The district announced the departure of Superintendent Dr. Dylan Connell at the end of the 2025-26 school year, signaling an upcoming leadership transition and opportunities to offer change-management coaching, strategic planning, and stakeholder engagement services.

Campus Consolidation Recent move to relocate Wolverine Academy onto Bayfield High School premises and the closing of a California office suggest potential needs for facilities optimization, IT infrastructure integration, and project management for campus-based programs.

Technology Footprint Existing tech stack includes Google Workspace, Chromebooks, Microsoft SQL Server, and Adobe Creative Suite, which presents opportunities to upsell cloud-based security, IT support, device management, and professional development for educators.

Community Engagement Active involvement in agricultural education through FFA and other programs, plus a focus on continuity and student achievement during leadership changes, indicates potential for partnerships in STEM/agriculture curricula, grant writing, and K-12 program sponsorships.
