Bayview Composites is a full-service manufacturer of patterns, molds, composite tooling, and production parts with turnkey capabilities incorporating design, engineering, process development, metrology inspection and project specific quality management to meet ISO 9001 or AS9100 standards. With integrity and a proven track record, we service domestic and international customers in the aerospace, marine, wind, solar, transportation, defense and emerging specialty industries. 

We operate from a purpose-built manufacturing facility located in Mt Vernon, Washington, with five multi-axis machining centers including a large format CMS Poseidon CNC with a working envelope of 83’ x 27’ x 13’. The facility is equipped 
with modular temperature-controlled curing ovens, a clean room built to FAA standards and walk-in freezer storage with full-time data logging.

Design, engineering, toolpath and verification are performed in the latest versions of Siemens NX software with support for most file types including IGES, STEP, AutoCAD, Parasolid and Solidworks. In addition, Leica Absolute Trackers and Spatial Analyzer software are utilized for production validation.

Our expert technicians specialize in all aspects of composite fabrication including pre-preg fly-away parts, large raw material infusions, prototyping, batch production, mold automation, resistive heated tools, conventional wet layup, CNC drilling and trimming, vacuum hold down fixtures, assembly fixtures and more.
