BAZIS as founded in   2005   and as a member of BDO International the fifth-largest  global network of auditing and consulting firms by revenue. Our firm has grown into one of the largest independent accounting the fifth-and consulting firms in Tajikistan. In 2023, our firm was renamed to BAZIS and continues to provide services to international and local clients.

The company has solid and successful experience in the implementation and management of different consulting projects for regional state public institutions and  companies. Most implemented projects have direct links to multiple SDGs and associated targets  and there are many more indirect links between projects and the SDGs.
We seek to support countries’ development goals, with a focus on boosting health outcomes, improving educational systems, promoting skills development, and achieving sustainable and resilient growth.  We provide advices and solutions to countries in the region to ensure their paths to growth are both equitable and sustainable, and that they can increase their resilience to climate change and mitigate its potential causes. 
We are careful to adopt a very practical approach, which focuses specially on assisting in the implementation of the recommendations we propose. The result of this approach is that we are able to deliver quickly obtainable “realistic and sustainable” benefits to the client. Drawing on a broad base of international experts, we assisted numerous state agencies to strengthen their public institutions, and reform and liberalise their economies to promote productivity and sustainable growth.
