BC Consulting is a boutique firm of Certified Public Accountants concentrating in income tax.  With a primary focus on high net worth individuals and owner-operated businesses, we find solutions to almost any tax or accounting questions facing our clients.  With decades of public accounting experience, our goal has been to provide clients with the same level of expertise expected from a Big Four CPA firm, while offering the individualized care and attention that one would expect from a smaller CPA firm.

While many of our clients are headquartered or reside in Houston, we also serve a large number of clients based throughout the country.  We have experience in a diverse range of industries, including Energy, Food Services, Retail and Wholesale Distribution, Real Estate, Investment Companies/Hedge Funds and many others.  In addition to preparing business tax returns, we also provide tax planning and business consulting services, such as choice of entity and business structuring, succession planning, and process improvement and streamlining initiatives.  For our individual clients, we offer a full range of services, including income tax return preparation (federal and state), tax consulting and planning, assistance with quarterly taxes, and estate and gift planning.
