Current consulting, advisory, ROW, office leasing, sales and advisory assignments include representing both local firms, municipalities, to fortune 500 companies on the tenant side and institutional users and landlords on high-profile projects and industrial assignments for numerous clients. Recent consulting assignments have included multiple leasing, sale, ground lease, ROW & CAM negotiations for clients such as Sears Roebuck, City of Redondo Beach, AT&T, Blue Shield of CA, AAA Auto Club and Masco Corporation. Sucessfully completed over 1,000 industrial, office,consulting and other transactions in over 20 states in the US and personally completed the hundreds of hours of necessary courses and state exams to obtain commercial real estate broker’s licenses in California, Texas, Missouri and North Carolina.
