When Michelle created Be Fit and Train in 2015, it was to immerse herself in the sports she loves while sharing that joy with others.  Over the years we have added several highly qualified coaches to our staff to help more athletes, while continuing to keep an individualized approach.  You won’t see us taking on a huge list of clients because we feel providing attention to our athletes and communication with them is very important.

Our team of coaches create periodized training plans that are customized around the athletes current level, history, and busy lives. Our clients span a broad range of ages and abilities. Some are looking to qualify for Boston, compete in an Ironman, run an ultra, or just want to have fun racing. 

Regardless of where you’re starting from or your goals, we're here to help guide you through that process in a healthy way.
