Within this ecosystem, FlowCheck enables road operators to analyse traffic patterns, monitor congestion and evaluate the impact of policy measures. Mobility Rights Our mobility rights platforms enable cities and infrastructure operators to translate mobility policy into digital access rights. By managing rights such as on-street parking, permits, vouchers, tolling and urban access, authorities can ensure infrastructure capacity is allocated to the right vehicles, in the right place, at the right time. Be-Mobile also operates Flitsmeister, one of Europe’s leading driver communities, connecting millions of road users with real-time traffic and safety information.
