Located among the rolling hills and valleys of Central New York, Beak & Skiff Apple Orchards is a fifth generation, family-owned and operated business established in 1911. We are a vertically integrated company, where our apples are farmed and processed in-house. This process begins with our 350,000 apple trees. Our fruit is harvested and pressed into fresh cider, which can then live many different lives. It is either bottled for retail, sent up the hill to our 1911 Cider House for Hard Cider production, or to our 1911 Distillery where it is made into one of our premium, hand-crafted Spirits. The Beak & Skiff Research division is our latest endeavor. We planted 3 acres of hemp in the spring of 2019, with our first harvest in the fall. CBD Extraction and Processing takes place in our state-of-the-art Hemp House, with vast packaging capabilities, including individual or bulk options.
