Solder Paste Stencils
Laser Stencils:
Laser Stencils provide aperture tolerances of + .0002mil. Beam On Technology's laser stencils do not require electro-polishing! This allows us to maintain the tight aperture tolerances that are compromised by that process.
Multi-level stencils are an invaluable solution for a number of applications, such as, assemblies requiring different foil thickness due to a mixture of component sizes, co-planarity issues, through-hole re-flow, epoxy/paste applications among others. SMT Tooling and Fixtures:

Reballing Fixtures:An economical tool for reballing BGAs during the rework process, saving our customers both time and money.

Mini-stencils:Used for placing solder paste on the pads of components being reworked. Beam On Technology has the capability of creating rework stencils for all types of components from BGA's to BLAH, using either Gerber data or mechanical drawings. 

PrintPart:
Designed specifically to work with most of the automated rework systems on the market, the PrintPart System is used to print paste directly on the component and then fit into your own rework setup for pick-up, inspection, and replacement.
