Bebco Industries, Incorporated is a Hitchcock, Texas-based manufacturer in the automation machinery sector, serving industrial facilities in the Gulf Coast region. Founded in 1972 by B.E. "Benny" Baucom as an Instrument Panel Shop, the company expanded into instrumentation and electrical construction, plant startups, and analytical system integration. Historically, it organized its offerings into divisions that included Enclosure Purging Systems and Environmental Control Units, and a Portable Modular Buildings division that produced blast-resistant structures as well as interlocking panel and fiberglass buildings, instrument racks, sheds and canopies, and industrial stairs and platforms. In 2003 the EPS Division was sold to Pepperl+Fuchs to fund the development of a large building manufacturing facility in Hitchcock. In 2010 Benny's son Mike Baucom acquired the ECU Division and formed Bebco Environmental Controls Corporation in 2012; in 2016 the remaining Bebco assets were sold to Parkline, Incorporated, with all Bebco employees retained by the new owners.
