BebuNet provides violation remediation services in the five boroughs of New York City (Manhattan, Bronx, Brooklyn, Queens and Staten Island). Our services are uniquely tailored to the small to medium size property owner or manager overseeing six or more buildings or a minimum of forty units. We represent your interest to the NYC Department of Buildings, NYC Environmental Control Board, NYC Housing Preservation and Development, FDNY, NYC DoT, NYC Department of Sanitation as well as Department of Health as regards building and/or housing code violations.

BebuNet is NYC certified MWBE company. Our Owner, Ms. Nancy Chan, has over 25 years experience in the NYC Affordable Housing construction and management. Ms. Chan has as Project Manager for Architectural Firms and acting General Contractor on over 100 newly constructed buildings. She holds a Masters in Real Estate Development from Columbia University and is a practicing Certified Public Account.

For proposed future constructions, Ms. Chan will consider long-term engagements as Owners Representative.
