Originating from a cross-regional network based in Nicosia and Beijing/Shanghai, the organization aims to give youth access to networks, tools, and knowledge for personal and professional growth. In response to limited career-support at Chinese universities, it has built a community of more than 10,000 learners in Beijing and Shanghai through offline training and collaborations with entities such as LinkedIn, the United Nations, and top schools including Tsinghua University and CEIBS.

The program offers tailored courses, exclusive networking opportunities, and high-level events designed to prepare college students and early-career entrants for China’s competitive job market, emphasizing practical skills, connections, and a constructive mindset. Based in Beijing, BeHive operates in the education administration programs space and collaborates with local and international institutions to advance career development.
